Hi~! I saw you on ~cwtspine's page. :3 I just wanna say that no matter what he says, there's always a way to improve. No art program is more superior -- you can be as good as a Paint Tool SAI artist if you put effort into it. Even if you don't feel like it, you're always improving - take a look at your first pictures and take a look at what you draw now. No matter how small the improvement, its still improvement! If it doesn't seem like you improved at all, keep trying!
I can also tell that you have a good imagination - don't lose it! It's an artist's greatest tool, and no one can tell you otherwise!
I can't tell you how to improve - I would be teaching you how to draw in my style. Just do what you feel is most comfortable for you.
